We are called to love our neighbor as ourself. Jesus said to do unto others as we would have them do unto us. These do not come natural to us but require His Spirit. But as a tree produces fruit according to its nature. Those who are saved, they have His Spirit and will produce fruit in accord with His nature. His fruit is love, joy, peace, long-suffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.
Galatians 5:13-26
